We are conveniently situated between J10 & J10A of the M23 and are within easy access to Manor Royal Business District. And for those who travel by train, we are a stones-throw from Three Bridges Mainline Station.
We truly believe that Hot Desking should be simple. You want a clean, spacious desk with fast WiFi in professional surroundings that you can access when you want. At The Hub, you only pay for what you need, you are not tied in and you can come and go as you please.
Co Working space should be simple as well. That’s why at The Hub, if you need dedicated desks by the day, we offer affordable Co Working desks by the day that you and your team can utilise as you see fit. No long term contracts or minimum spend, just simple office space that works for you.

I just want to come in for the odd hour here or there, do I have to become a member?
No you don’t. At The Hub you can buy and book as little as an hour, with no further commitment.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. We have simple, transparent payment bands for our Desks On Demand (see below) which offer discount for the more you buy up front. We want to offer flexibility but also reward our committed clients.
I work unsocial hours, can I come at 3 in the morning?
Absolutely. At The Hub we fit around you and your business with 24/7 Secure Access.
We’re a small business, can we buy for more than one user?
Yes you can. We have designed our online booking system so that you can buy a block of credits and distribute those across your team as you see fit. You can also redistribute unused credits when you like. Your team cannot see your billing details unless you allow them to.
What is the building like?
Worth Corner Business Centre is a beautiful building with historic architecture that brings character and warmth to our office space. We have a superb location that is easy to find and have excellent facilities, an artisan coffee van in the car park and a garage with a large Co-Op just opposite.
How secure is The Hub?
Each user has their own secure access code which only allows them to enter when & where they have a booking. The site is protected by CCTV which is closely monitored and we frequently inspect the rooms.
